By accessing or using SpeakScenes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Use of the Service
SpeakScenes is a language-learning platform that uses scenes from TV shows and movies. You agree to use it only for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You must not:
- Copy, distribute, or reproduce any content from the platform
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service
- Use automated tools to access or scrape content
- Share your account credentials with others
3. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Content
Video clips, subtitles, and other media displayed on SpeakScenes are used for educational purposes under applicable fair use provisions. We do not claim ownership of third-party content. All original platform content (UI, lesson designs, vocabulary notes) is owned by SpeakScenes.
5. Intellectual Property
The SpeakScenes name, logo, and all original software are the intellectual property of SpeakScenes. You may not use them without written permission.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and we are not responsible for any loss of data or learning progress.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpeakScenes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
